Electronic Timer
Motorised lubrication units are meant for intermittent lubrication. The ON time for running is 5 seconds, while OFF time is adjustable which can be adjusted as per requirements of lubrication. During ON time-metered lubrication through oil-distributors takers place and there is no requirement of running the lub. unit for more than few seconds. For correct monitoring of lubrication cycle, sensing of pressure, as well oil level an electronic controller is required to run the lubrication system fully automatic.
