AUTOMATIC CENTRALISED LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

This unit is a compact system having all accessories for fully automatic operation i.e. Sensing of pressure development, Low oil level sensing, Pressure relief valve, Pressure reducing valve and Air bleed valve.

OPERATION

During the rotation of motor the pump delivers oil as the pump is coupled with shaft of motor. The normal duration of rotation of the motor is 5 seconds and oil is discharged at a preset pressure from the outlets of the pump. For perfect dosage of oil, metering cartridges are used in the delivery lines.

Single Shot System:
